Furry Friends from the Delaware Humane Association
I had the pleasure of snapping some shots for the local animal shelter on the beach this morning. These furry friends were the best buds to play with and capture some sweet moments together! My heart was melting over these four-legged friends.
Flag and Buttons were a trip and my first subjects. They wouldn’t stay still for a millisecond; I think they were stoked to be at the beach and for good reason! I have no idea how I even snagged a shot or two. This duo comes as a pair and I can see why because they are connected at the hip and just love each other so.
Maynard, Delaware Humane Association
Maynard was bashful and uncertain at first, but had a loving calmness and presence about him. Easy on the eyes and mild mannered too.
Max was just lovable like a Teddy Bear and only wanted to please us. Happy and full of gold.
Cocoa Puff was unexpectedly the sweetest treat I will have all week! He got immediately into my lap and wanted love the entire time (but not a face-licking snuggle bug either). Apparently he has quite the personality yet without the typical yap! Warmed my soul to be with him this morning and if our life wasn’t so full right now, he’d be the newest member of the Mallon clan in a heartbeat!
Muffy was the regal lady of the group. She was chill and you know she has some stories to tell. She expected little and simply loved the salt air on her skin and the extra affection from all of our entourage!
